Peter: I am a lawyer in solo practice in Chattanooga, TN. My practice is focused on tax controversy work, and my best referral source is and has been the 500 CPAs in the area. I am starting a blog for that garget group, and am looking for someone to “ghost” it for me.

The blog will focus on: tax practice and procedure issues; preparer regulation and Circular 230 issues; and other current topics of interest to tax accountants.

    Do you have any recommendations?

    -Hal.

Hi Peter had a question about S Corp taxes. What % of net income should I take as a salary. So for instance if after expenses ( I am sole employee everyone else is an I/C or 3rd party company sales expense) I make 200k what is the salary range without being too aggressive or too giving? I don’t want to overpay FICA SUTA FUTA and therefore for would rather take a minimal amount of salary but still contribute to this great country or ours 99%.

    Thanks

So you are one of the scumbags who’s been harassing me for years on that crazy right-wing blog, the Duluth Crazies Blog, with the childish insults and personal attacks. You and your fellow DCBers should be ashamed of yourselves for being so full of hate and stupidity.

    Claire,

I don’t know who you are and I never heard of the Duluth Crazies Blog and I don’t know what a DCBer is. I live in Orlando. Do a little homework before you spout hate at people you don’t know.
