Al and Tipper Gore have announced they plan to separate after 40 years of marriage.
I hate to hit Al upside the head with an inconvenient truth, but as a result of this separation where there had been only one energy-using household there now will be two.
Al, walk the walk. Reconcile for the sake of the planet.
