I have had to endure yet another dishonest, hypocritical attack of Fox News by, of all things, an MSNBC spokesperson.
This morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe Mika Brzezinski graciously acknowledged that the main stream media is liberal. She then proceeded to say that it is proper for the White House to attack Fox news because of it’s conservative slant. The difference between the main stream liberal networks and Fox, Mika reasoned, is that Fox spews hate and the liberal media plays nice.
I am almost tempted to give her a pass and assume that she has never seen Keith Olbermann’s vile and hateful MSNBC prime time show Countdown – judging from its woeful ratings, few people apparently have – but I can’t do it because she works for the same network as does Mr. Olbermann.
In any case, I have some advice for Ms. Brzezinski: Take your head out of the sand and stick it in the office just down the hall from you. There you will find a man with an enormous forehead, coke bottle glasses and a smarmy countenance who has made the following on-air statements:
- “Mr Bush, shut the hell up!”
- “You’re a fascist! Get them to print a T-shirt with the word ‘facist’ on it!”
- Likened the Bush administration to the Third Reich
- Michelle Malkin is a “mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick”
- Jewish reporter Chris Wallace is a “monkey”
- Roscoe “Chicken and Waffles” Parrish
- Said Fox News is worse than the KKK, worse than Al Qaeda
- Compared Fox News to Nazis
- George W Bush is “psychotic” with “blood on his hands”
- Called the GOP the greatest terrorist threat in America
- Derided Hispanic Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez as a “houseboy”
That’s not hate, right Mika?

Please stick to news and facts. You come of as a whiny d-bag with commentary like this…as does everyone else.

Honest and Integrity are the virtues of good TV program anchors and co-anchors., Mika only said what she was told to say, i.e., Fox spews hate and the liberal media plays nice. I watched as she was really surprised by the opposite reaction of the other people on the program. However, I also watched what WH reps. were saying and Mika fit right in with the WH. Obviously Mika thought everyone else on the program was on-board. So, forget honesty and integrity and just do what the boss tells you to do.

Thanks for visiting.
I like Mika Brzezinski. She is intelligent and fair-minded. But on this one she’s being extraordinarily naive in thinking that her own network doesn’t have people on it who spew hate.
Today, CSPAN is the only truly neutral player in news and politics, but people find it boring because there are no hatchet jobs.
We get the media we deserve.
